Learning Outside the Classroom
The Outdoor Education Advisors Panel (OEAP) endorses the Quality Badge and requests Local Authorities to recommend the use of Badged Providers and require the minimum of additional paperwork where Quality Badge accreditation is in place. This means that you can book your trip with confidence, meet your due diligence and reduce the amount of External Provider paperwork necessary

Pricing Policy
We offer a no surcharge guarantee except for government price increases i.e. increase in Vat, Airport Departure tax or other government imposed tax. Credit card payments incur a 1% fee. Payments by debit card – no charge.
If You Have Any Complaints
Inspiresport are committed to maintaining the exceptional level of service our customers have been used to since 2004. If your experience with inspiresport has fallen short of this then we would like to know in order to continually improve our service. We have a detailed feedback questionnaire that you are welcome to complete, of which will be received by our management team and acted upon accordingly.

As required by the ABTA code of conduct we will reply within 28 days of receipt of your complaint. Inspiresport is a member of ABTA, membership number Y6767. We can also offer you ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. If we can’t resolve your complaint, go to www.abta.com to use ABTA’s simple procedure. Further information on the Code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on www.abta.com.
